How we test the batteries

A random set of representative sample is drawn from the lot. (Note: 100% testing is not performed to keep the product cost low.)

Charging algorithm - The battery is charged at 1C constant current rate, with the charging voltage limited to 4.2V per cell. Charging is terminated when the charging current drops below 0.1C.
