This product is a motorized linear actuator that can be used in light duty DIY projects not requiring precision positioning. It has a powerful DC motor that can be speed controlled by simply varying the supply voltage within its working range.

Important:

The actuator motor is capable of exerting force well over 20 Newtons, but the plastic carriage may not last very long if this force is exceeded. Best for intermittent light duty movements only.

The actuator is equipped with a very powerful motor. Do not operate it to a hard stop. The motor may rip the carriage teeth. Use end to end limit sensors, or a power source with a current limiting of 1A.
