The e-Gizmo HLSR 50-P AC/DC Current Sensor Breakout Board is a compact, high-performance solution designed for the precise electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents. Built around the industrial-grade LEM HLSR 50-P open-loop Hall-effect current transducer, this breakout board operates on a single +5V rail and provides full galvanic isolation between your high-power primary circuit and your low-voltage microcontroller logic (such as Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi).

Pinout & Configuration
Control Interface Header (JP1)The secondary side features a standard 2.54 mm pitch, 4-pin header for easy breadboarding or jumper wire connections:
1. +5V: Single Positive Power Supply Input (+4.5 V to +5.5 V DC).
2. GND: Common Ground connection.
3. OUT: Analog Output Voltage proportional to the primary measured current.
Formula (Default): Vout = 2.5 V +/- (0.016 V * I_primary)At 0 A, the output sits at the reference voltage (2.5 V).
4. REF: Reference Voltage Output. Outputs a stable, buffered 2.5 V signal representing the mid-point reference. Connect this to a second ADC channel on your microcontroller to dynamically correct for system offsets and temperature drift.
