Is this Serial Camera compatible in Arduino/gizDuino?

Yes of Course, and you need an SD/MMC Card shield and SD card to saved the image. The shot button is A5 (normally high), if pressed/ connect it to the Ground it will starts to capture image. Wait until the process is completed.
